GAMEPLANPARTNERS GROUP

Strategy. Relationships. Execution.

Connecting talent, brands and opportunities between Europe and the United States.

Let's talk
(01)What We Do

Working with athletes on what comes next, both during their playing career and beyond it: commercial partnerships, media, business ventures, investments and long-term positioning. Closer to an extension of their team than a traditional agency. This is the core of what we do, day to day.

Brands come to us through the athletes we manage and through our own network. We manage the end-to-end process on the athlete's behalf, from first conversation to on-the-ground execution, making sure the partnership delivers for both sides.

Creating new ideas and revenue streams for sports companies and athletes: partnerships, distribution, club and academy relationships, and international expansion.

Short, medium and long-term strategic plans for athletes building their personal brand, and for brands looking to enter the world of sport, combining consulting discipline with sports-industry speed.

(02)Selected Experience

We help turn opportunities into projects.

(03)About

Gameplan Partners Group was founded by Ricardo Muñoz, a Madrid-based sports business advisor working the bridge between Europe and the United States, with a focus on soccer and basketball.

After moving from consulting into the sports industry, he spent close to two years living in Los Angeles, the period where the U.S. side of this network took shape. He's now based back in Madrid, working both sides of the Atlantic.

The company grew out of his work managing a leading athlete's business and career, and a simple belief: that the relationships being built there can open doors well beyond one player's career.

Gameplan combines the structured thinking of a consulting background with the relationships and speed the sports industry demands.

The Mark

Every game needs a gameplan: the strategy in place before it matters most, and the discipline to follow it when it does. That's where the name comes from.

The mark beside it is built from two letters, G and P, for Gameplan Partners. Together they form a compass point: a diamond split between two colors, one half for Spain, the other for the United States. Two sides, one connection.

(04)Global Reach

Madrid is home. Los Angeles, New York and Miami are where much of the work happens.
